In collaboration with scientists from Environment and Climate Change Canada, I have been working on a collaborative project to assess the biogeochemistry of Canadian rivers that flow to the Arctic Ocean.  My work on this project involved data acquisition, quality control and assurance, modeling of daily fluxes, calculations of annual and seasonal yields, landscape analysis of watershed characteristics, and an assessment of carbon sources using a mixing model. Besides these biogeochemical analyses, I also worked on a side project to examine water temperature datasets from Canadian Arctic rivers, for the calculation of heat flux.
